Late for Charter: Please notify us if you’re running late. Charters adhere to a strict schedule and will return at the stated time.
Inclement Weather Policy: There are no refunds for inclement weather or mechanical issues, we offer credit for a future date. We guarantee that you can reschedule your charter and the credit will be applied to the later date. Most often, in the event of inclement weather, the weather will delay the start of the event or cut it short. In that event, credit for the unused portion can be prorated and credited towards a future date in the same calendar year. Rescheduled date must be within the same calendar year. Absolutely, no credits are carried over to next season unless specified in writing.
Cancellation Policy: There are no Refunds for Charters booked within 14 days of the Scheduled Charter Date. 100% of the charter fee becomes non-refundable within 14 days of the Scheduled Charter date. 50% of the charter fee becomes non-refundable within 30 Days prior to charter date. Free Cancellation within 24 hours of Booking (online bookings only).
Rescheduling/changing charter dates can be made with a 20% fee, and must be done greater than 30 days prior to charter date.
No outside food or beverages permitted without prior approval. Underage drinking not permitted. No pets are allowed on board. No smoking. No shoes are permitted on the boat unless specified. Shoe baskets will be provided to store shoes. Towels a free to use on the charter and a $20 per towel fee will be collected for missing towels.
